1. A parts return request can be initiated by contacting any Gator Center employee via phone, email, or in person.

a. This policy applies to all parts orders

​

2. Shipments of returned parts must be prepaid to The Gator Center

​

a. The Gator Center does not reimburse for the original shipping charges

b. Returns must be made to The Gator Center and not to any vendors

​

3. Parts returned must be in original packing and in new saleable condition:

​

a. Accompanied by an invoice or RGA AND RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS of invoice date:

​

i. Stocked parts will receive full credit

ii. Non-stocked parts will be assessed a handling charge of 15%

​

b. Accompanied by an invoice or RGA AND KEPT BEYOND 30 DAYS of invoice date:

​

i. Stocked parts will be assessed a handling charge of 15%

ii. Non-stocked parts will not be taken back

​

c. WITHOUT an invoice/RGA OR KEPT BEYOND 90 DAYS of invoice date:

​

i. Stocked parts will be refunded 50% of the original value

ii. Non-stocked parts will not be taken back

​

4. Any returns KEPT BEYOND 180 DAYS of the invoice date: must be pre-approved by the parts manager. Credit will be on a negotiated basis only.

5. Upon receipt and acceptance of returned parts, credits are typically issued within 72 hours from the time of submission.

6. The following parts are NON-RETURNABLE to The Gator Center: 

a. Custom or made-to-order parts
b. Glass
c. Hydraulic hoses
d. Damaged parts or parts with finished surfaces that are rusty or show signs of deterioration in quality
e. Parts showing signs of having been installed on or removed from equipment
f. Electrical items, if previously installed
g. Items such as gasket groups with broken seals or packages
h. Sealed parts kits which have been opened
i. Material cut to order, such as but not limited to; hoses, tubing, weather stripping, battery cable
j. Parts purchased in package quantity will not be accepted for return of less than package quantity
k. Parts submitted for return after their expiration date, such as but not limited to; decals, chemicals, paint, etc
l. Exchange Cores, must be complete and assembled, genuine OEM and rebuildable, and must be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS or they will be declared non-returnable
